For all those who like to munch on crisps, here is an amazing alternative for the fattening potato chips. Kale has recently become popular as a superfood, packed with nutrition, great for your heart and hair!
Level: Super easy!
A bunch Kale leaves, hard stem removed and torn roughly to 1 inch pieces.
Extra virgin olive oil
Spices of your choice (optional: paprika or cajun powder)
Salt and pepper
Place the leaves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil and season with spices, salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree Celcius over until crisp. Might take around 15-20 minutes.
